You will need to be logged in as a "Manager".
Select "Data Approval", and then "Timesheet Approval".
Select an employee from the left-hand side. If the employee has entered hours into their timesheet, then you will see those hours here.
If you are happy with the hours worked your employee has claimed, you can approve them within the table by ticking the "Accept" option.
However, if you feel something is incorrect, you can edit the timesheet by selecting the "Date" on the left-hand side and within the table, editing the "Time" along the top of the page, then selecting "Save". Alternatively you can decline the day (or days) and send the employee an email reminder to action the required corrections by selecting "Require Data Change".
