Employee Documents

In this module, you can upload any documents pertaining to your employees, such as employment agreements and more. Documents that you upload will be stored in our cloud for you to access wherever and whenever you want.

To access your employee documents, please navigate to "Employee Settings", "Employee Documents". You will notice you will need to re-enter the password that you used to log in to your Crystal Payroll, as a further security measure.

Every employee in your company is allowed up to one megabyte each of storage for their documents. Should you want more, you can always register a paid account by selecting "Account Option". With this option, you can store up to a hundred megabytes instead.
