This option provides one of the simplest yet most useful functions of the "Human Resource Management Module", as it ensures nothing gets missed and only reminds the relevant person in your organisation.
Having set reminders in the relevant modules, a user will see a pop-up reminder screen when they log into Crystal Payroll on or after the due date.
Each reminder will appear on the main home screen with details of the module involved. The colour of the reminder window indicates the module (each module has a different colour reminder pop-up). The reminder also shows details, who it relates to, and the due date.
To close the reminder window, select the "X" in the top right-hand corner. This will close the window but ensure the reminder pops up again the next time you log in.
To remove the reminder completely, select "Acknowledge".
Note: This should only be done if you have completed the appropriate task or are about to complete the task while logged in during this session. Once a reminder is acknowledged, it will no longer appear.
