How to Authorise an Accountant for Online Access

Please note:  You will only be able to authorise your accountant if they have registered themselves online with Crystal Payroll. Refer them to register here.


Log in to the system.


Head to "Company Settings", "Company Users".


Click "Accountant", then "Add".


Enter the "Accountant Access Code", tick the box, then click "Save".


Click "Email Accountant".



The accountant can then access your reports from their accountant login here: Accountant Login.
