Navigate to "Company Settings", then "Import/Export". Under "Data Import Settings", select "Deputy" from the dropdown menu and click "Save".

You need to make sure all relevant data matches what's entered in Deputy. Even something as small as a double space between first and last names can cause the import to fail. Always double-check that the employee information matches exactly—this accounts for most import issues.
Next, export a timesheet from Deputy. Go to "Timesheets", then "Export Timesheets".

Select each employee whose timesheet you want to export, or click "Select All". Then click "Export Selected Items".

Choose "CSV/Excel - All Fields", give the file a name, then click "Export" and download the file.

Go back to Crystal Payroll. Navigate to "Process a Pay", then "Time & Income". On the right-hand side, click "Data Import".

Select the file you exported, then click "Import".

The timesheets should now appear in the Time & Income screen.
