Crystal Payroll can integrate with both Domino’s and Tanda; however, there are a few steps you need to follow to ensure the systems work efficiently together.
Setting Up

Select "Setup Allowance Items". Click "more...", then select "Add". You’ll need to enter up to four codes—"Delivery Allowance 1" to "Delivery Allowance 4" that correspond to the delivery allowances used in Tanda.

Once you’ve added the allowances, close this menu and select "Add". Choose each Delivery Allowance you’ve created from the dropdown menu, enter the corresponding "Pay Rate", and select the blue "S..." button to save. Then close the menu.

Navigate to "Company Settings", then "Import / Export". Under "Data Import Settings", select "Dominos" from the dropdown menu. Click "Save".

Setting up Crystal Payroll Integration in Tanda
Ensure your data is arranged from left to right as: Shift Date, Name, Pay Codes, Hours. Refer to the image below.
In the top-right, go to "Global Settings". Make sure the file name has a .csv extension and that it is sorted by Employee Number. Click "Update", then "Save Changes" in the top-right corner.
Back at the integrations dashboard, select "Edit Integration" for the one you just created. Enter a name, set up the relevant Pay Groups, then click "Save".
Importing
On the right-hand side, click "Data Import".

A new menu will appear. Locate the file you saved, then select "Import". Your timesheet should now populate.

We’ve now covered everything you need to know about setting up and importing your Tanda timesheet into Crystal Payroll.
