Crystal Payroll allows you to view and edit details for one pay period at a time. If you need to make changes to a previous or different pay period, you must first ensure that the period is set as the "Current Period".
To do this, navigate to "Process a Pay", then "Pay Period List", and select the "Current Period" checkbox for the period you wish to view.

From here, you’ll be able to go back into "Time & Income" and view or process the details for that specific period.

If the "Current Period" checkbox was not enabled for the correct period, the "Time & Income" page will appear blank.
